Processing ETS Results - Race Secretary
Stage 1. - You will receive emails from your clock stations informing you that a data file has been sent to the MNFC Cloud.
Stage 2. - Open the TPS Data extraction software. Select System Administration and Select Process Race Results.
Stage 3. - Select Race Event Name from the drop down list. Select the Batch ID you wish to process first. The data will be coming from Clock Stations and you will need their Form B to match up their pool birds. If a fancier has pooled birds their will be a tick in the Pools Entered Box. If the fancier has not entered pools the box will be empty and you can simply press the Confirm Update button.
After each confirm update the fancier’s details and birds will disappear from the list when the data is uploaded to the MNFC database. Eventually there will be no further ETS to process.
Stage 4 - The data has been transferred to the MNFC desktop program. You run the race processing as normal using the MNFC desktop program.

Data Extraction - ETS Clocks and E Chip Post Race Security Check (Application of Rule 236)
It is vital that all organisations can easily keep track of fanciers ETS clocks and ring assignments. When data is extracted a clocks serial number, E Chip numbers and the fanciers RPRA number. A live database is always having current race data added and therefore PigeonTube has the capability of providing reports to provide security for organisations.
RPRA rule states:
236. After each allocation a list must be printed in duplicate, each of which must be signed by an authorised person of the organization and countersigned by the member. One signed list is to be filed along with race entry documentation and the other handed to the member. The allocation data must be stored on a backup disk in case amendments become necessary during the season. Any organisation to which the member is affiliated may demand to see the allocation list.
Every time a club, federation or the MNFC clock stations uploads the race data to PigeonTube, the organisation can check to see if any of their member’s details have changed. The E Chip Ring, Clock Number etc are all gathered as past of the data extraction process and uploaded with every race to PigeonTube. This database is very valuable in providing security of racing within the UK.
During a racing season E Chip rings do require updating on occasions due to wear and tear. Your organisation can run a report on its members and would know of any changes that will have taken place regarding clock numbers and E Chip rings.
Benefits to fanciers
