A secretary will have to make a judgement of how wrong the result is. It may just need a small tweak or it could require processing the correct data files again.
Small Tweak e.g. Wrong ring number typo error!
Solution: Delete the bird using the small plus sign on the right hand side of the result. Process the 1 bird again and get the right ring number. (Video Training Clip)
Manage Events and Batches
Delete the race and process the correct batch files (data files). Sometimes we have fanciers talking to you and you select the wrong batch file and process the wrong data into the race. Don’t panic open up Mange Events and batches. Read the next sentence carefully. Select remove all results for this event. The result will disappear. Close Mange Events and Batches. Select the correct race and then process your data files again. You result will no be correct. (Video Training Clip)
Organising your batch files (data files).
When you are happy the result is complete. Go into Manage Events and Batches and delete the batch data files. This will enable you to have a fresh start and not get confused remembering where you saved the data.

Tips
You can name your data files to help identify race data, especially if you have several races on at a weekend. With manual clocks Batch1, With our ETS data I often label Bricon data files Batch1b, With Unikon Batch1b. iPigeon Batch1i Benzing Batch1bg You can use race names.
When it comes to processing the batches select each one and press calculate results and the result compiles until you have finished.
Why batch files?
The software comes into its own when you extract the data from the clocks saving you endless time typing all ring numbers into a result. The software can use all clocks. Some have to be treated as manual entry. We are working on getting all clocks to extract their data to save secretaries the time of producing results.
