If you are a club secretary and not attached to a federation you will have to set up your race programme yourself. If you are attached to a federation your federation secretary will have designed the race programme for you and simply by pressing the green arrow button the race programme will come down and overwrite your local database. If there are no events in the cloud when you press the green arrow button a prompt message will say no race events to download.
